Formed in 1994, Regurgitator quickly established itself as an articulate and witty purveyor of the Australian music scene, assembling a mishmash of funk, punk, pop and electronics.
7.00PM | BLANK REALM
Known as an experimental rock band with pop hooks, Blank Realm are increasingly delving into meta-physical and obscurest topics, but the achieved result is as catchy as ever.

The Creases make charming, disarming pop music at its effortless best.

Brisbane teenagers Louis Forster, Riley Jones and James Harrison make up The Goon Sax.

Formed in 2014, six-piece dream-pop Yuuca’s sound is influenced by the likes of Snakadaktal, Panama, Grimes and Beach Fossils.

Ben Ely has been playing in bands for over 25 years and is best known for his work with multi-ARIA award-winning band Regurgitator. Join Ben and his family for an exuberant performance that combines funk, punk, pop and electronics.

Known for their energetic performances and larger-than-life sound, The Grates have wowed audiences across the world. In this special performance for kids and families, enjoy the band’s punk-tinged indie rock sound combined with spectacular DIY costumes.

Known for their charming and energetic indie pop tunes Cub Sport have attracted global attention leading to national and international tours.

Jeremy Neale is known for his output as a solo indie pop songwriter and as the front man of the band Velociraptor.

Three-piece I Heart Hiroshima’s sound has been described as ‘very “Brisbane”: bright, trebly guitars with no effects pedals, strong pop melodies, unusual angles and lyrics and more going on beneath the surface than meets the eye, or ear’.

Luke Peacock is a member of the critically acclaimed Brisbane band Halfway and the creator of The Painted Ladies music project.

Emily Wurramara’s childhood was filled with water and music. Growing up on Groote Eylandt, Northern Territory, the singer–songwriter’s music has been described as ‘lyrically stunning, weaving the traditional and culturally personal with the contemporary and contextual’.
