USA experimental folk rock musicians Akron/Family, with members based in Portland, Oregon and New York City. Akron/Family’s performance will be the first ever Brisbane show for the trio consisting of multi-instrumentalists and vocalists Dana Janssen, Seth Olinsky, and Miles Seaton, whose layering of acoustic and electronic textures create a sound that Mojo magazine refers to as ‘largely unfettered by the dictates of genre’.
