Are you an emerging arts writer? As part of ‘GOMA Q: Contemporary Queensland Art‘ you have the opportunity to enter our Emerging Writers competition, and win the chance to be published on our blog.

We’re looking for talented writers who have something interesting to say about the work on display in ‘GOMA Q’, particularly the younger or more emerging artists in the exhibition. Stuck for ideas? Think about the curatorial concept, a particular artist or artwork, emerging artists in Queensland more generally, or the exhibition design.

Submissions close Monday 3 August. Simply visit the exhibition, and email your blog to emergingcreatives@qagoma.qld.gov.au. Make sure you include a 500 – 700 word blog post pitched to our online audience; a current CV; and your social media contact details.
